Section 9
<br> who may request to serve a deadline or judicial document
In any case filed in the court, if any term or judicial document has to be served in the name of a person residing in a foreign state, the court may issue an order for that purpose.
(2) If there is an order in accordance with sub-section (1), the court shall send such deadline or judicial document in writing to the central authority to be served in the name of the person residing in the foreign state.
